Company Name: Korean manufacturer specializing in automotive electrical wires and cable assemblies

Address: Trang Bom District, Dong Nai Province, Vietnam (No company shuttle bus provided)
Working Hours: Monday – Saturday (07:00 AM – 04:00 PM)
Interview Process: 1 round of face-to-face interview at the company (interpreter support available)
Size of company: Approximately 1,000 employees
Benefits: Social Insurance and annual leave in accordance with Vietnamese labor law
Report to : Korean Manager (interpreter support available)

Production Planning

Develop and manage production plans to meet customer requirements.
Monitor production schedules and coordinate with related departments to ensure on-time delivery.
Analyze demand forecasts, inventory levels, and production capacity.
Optimize production planning processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.

Warehouse Management

Logistics & Import-Export

Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics activities.
Manage import and export operations, including shipping schedules and delivery arrangements.
Work closely with freight forwarders, logistics providers, and customs-related service partners.
Monitor shipping documents such as Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading, and Certificate of Origin.
Ensure smooth material supply and product delivery according to production and customer requirements.

Team Management

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields.
Minimum 10 years of experience in Production Planning, Warehouse Management, Logistics, or Supply Chain Management.
At least 5 years of management experience.
Must have experience in manufacturing companies, preferably automotive, electrical wire, cable assembly, electronics, or related industries.
Good knowledge of production planning, inventory control, warehouse management, logistics, and import-export operations.
Familiar with ERP/MRP systems.
Good communication and problem-solving skills.

Salary range: 30 - 39 million VND gross
Social insurance, health insurance, and unemployment insurance benefits as per legal regulations.
