Chi Tiết Công Việc

Mô tả công việc:

  • Contact suppliers to get the quotation and update trend pricing weekly.
  • Work with suppliers to place orders after getting approval by management, based on weekly/monthly procurement plan.
  • Follow up purchase orders and shipment arrival progress and solve related issues for customs clearance, deposit arrangement, free time, other arising local charge …
  • Arrange the LC issuance and handle other paper works related LC process.
  • Follow up the delivery schedule to ensure timely fulfillment of orders.
  • Work with supplier on other relevant issues after shipment: container repairing charge and quality claim settlement…
  • Create PO in ERP for receipt, Co-ordinate with Logistics team to arrange shipment arrive at mill without any extra cost.
  • Follow up with QC department to inspect raw material’s quality.
  • Perform other duties as requested by the superior.
  • Candidates living near the factory are preferred.

Yêu cầu công việc:

  • Experience: 2-3 years at the same position.
  • Education: University.
  • Proficient in office computer skills.
  • English is fluently (listening, speaking, reading, writing).
Kỹ năng:
Phương Pháp 5S , ISO 9001 , Kaizen
