负责海外YouTube短剧频道的日常运营与内容发布。Responsible for the daily operation and content publishing of overseas YouTube short drama channels.
根据公司提供的短剧素材,完成视频上传、标题编辑、标签优化及字幕基础校对。Upload videos, edit titles, optimize tags, and proofread subtitles using company-provided short drama materials.
按照海外用户习惯优化视频发布格式,保证频道稳定更新。Optimize posting formats based on overseas audience preferences and maintain consistent channel updates.
使用模板与设计工具制作高点击率短剧封面,无需专业设计经验。Create eye-catching drama thumbnails with templates and design tools; no professional design experience is required.
负责频道内容排期管理,合理安排每日与每周更新计划。Manage content schedules and arrange daily and weekly publishing plans efficiently.
整理素材及运营数据,维护账号更新节奏并规避平台违规风险。Organize materials and operation data to maintain stable updates and avoid platform policy violations.
跟踪播放量、点击率及留存率等基础数据,并进行简单数据记录与汇总。Track basic performance data such as views, CTR, and retention rate, and prepare simple reports.
