Shipping & Receiving Associate (Documentation)

• Accurately assemble orders and prepare goods for shipment.

• Build pallets efficiently according to box size, weight, and height.

• Generate and maintain shipping reports.

• Create shipping documents and enter shipment information into the system.

• Perform data entry and other computer-based tasks as required.

• Ensure proper handling and timely production of customer materials.

• Maintain a safe, organized, and clean work environment.

• Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, and customer service teams to ensure accurate order fulfillment.

• Recent experience in shipping & receiving is required.

• Ability to work independently while following supervision and company procedures.

• Responsible, dependable, and detail-oriented individual.

• Experience working in a fast-paced environment.

• Physical ability to lift 20 lbs repetitively and up to 50 lbs when needed.

• Proficiency in using computer systems for shipping, reporting, and data entry.

• Willingness to undergo a background check and/or drug test.

• Strong organizational and time management skills.

• Good communication and teamwork abilities.
