Service Engineer - SMT, Semiconductor & Electronics Equipment (Chinese Speaking Preferred)

- Guide customers, provide technical consultancy and assistance to customer regarding installation, commissioning, operation and maintenance of control systems

- Prepare progress reports, service-related reports and timesheets per assignment.

- Work with sales and other departments to promote solutions to end customers.

- Build and maintain good professional working relationship with customers.

- Sales support and achieve annual service quota.

- Other tasks assigned by Sales Supervisor and Service Leader.

- Diploma/Degree in engineering field. Electronics & Electric background will be preferable

- Strong problem-solving, troubleshooting and follow-up skills. Team-work ability

- Experience in SMT/Dispensing Machine and Process industry will be advantage Machines to be serviced: Robot XYZ programming, precision dispensing valve, SMT lines equipment such as: handling systems, printer, mounter, reflow oven, plasma machine, Xray machine,…

- Good attitude. Good interpersonal skills. Self-motivated & result orientated

- Willing to travel domestic and international.

- Good Command in English oral & written.

- Japanese/Korea/Chinese speaking will be advantage

- Minimum 03 years of experience
