Mô tả công việc
- Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies to attract and hire top talent in a competitive market.
- Utilize a variety of sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, employee referrals, and professional networking platforms, to identify and engage potential candidates.
- Conduct thorough candidate screening, including resume reviews, phone interviews, and assessments, to evaluate candidates' qualifications and fit with the company's culture.
- Coordinate interviews, including scheduling, logistics, and providing candidates with necessary information.
- Extend offers to selected candidates and negotiate compensation packages in line with market standards and company policies.
- Oversee the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition for new hires and providing them with the necessary tools and resources to succeed.
- Contribute to building and maintaining a strong employer brand through various channels, including social media, employee testimonials, and company events.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future hiring needs, fostering long-term relationships with potential talent.
- Track and analyze key performance indicators related to talent acquisition, such as time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and candidate quality, to measure effectiveness and identify areas for improvement
Yêu cầu công việc
- Good knowledge in Human Resources, Hospitality or a related field required;
- 2 years experience in Hospitality (Hotels, Resort, ...) or Real Estate is a plus;
- Talent Acquisition/HRBP/Organization Development oriented;
- Proficient with MS Office, Canva and related AI software;
- Fluent English skill (reading and speaking);
- Available for business trip, if needed.
