Chi Tiết Công Việc

Mô tả công việc:

1. Own retail operating, sales performance, and team capability building
Retail Operating Management
- Oversee daily operating across all stores, ensuring efficiency and consistency
- Implement and maintain brand standards, visual merchandising (VM), and customer service excellence
- Conduct regular store audits and resolve operating issues in a timely manner
Revenue & Business Performance Management (Core Responsibility)
- Take full ownership of sales KPIs across the entire store network
- Analyze sales data, evaluate performance, and identify growth opportunities
- Develop and execute sales-driving initiatives to optimize store performance
Team Management & Development
- Recruit, train, and lead Store Managers and retail staff
- Build a strong talent pipeline and enhance team capabilities in sales and operating
- Monitor performance and ensure teams consistently achieve business targets
Reporting & Collaboration
- Report directly to Head Quarter on business and operating performance
- Prepare periodic reports (daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly) in English
- Collaborate with Head Quarter / Regional teams to execute business strategies
- Ensure accurate and timely communication of market operations and insights
2. Training & Staff Development
- Execute training and coaching plans aligned with business KPIs
- Develop and update training programs (Induction, Reinforcement, Mini Training)
- Possess strong product knowledge and deliver training to retail staff
- Design training materials (curriculum, product factsheets, memos)
- Monitor staff performance and implement improvement plans
- Conduct service audits and drive service quality improvements
- Support handling challenging customer cases
- Collaborate with Marketing (campaigns, roadshows, livestreams, health talks)

Yêu cầu công việc:

Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Retail Management, Marketing, or related field
- At least 2 years in FMCG that oversea a chain of stores
- Able to lead and motivate store sales staffs to hit targets
- Strong people handling skills
- Experience in training, coaching, and developing retail teams
- Experience in FMCG / Retail chain environment is highly preferred
- Experience working with Head Quarter / Regional teams or international environment is preferred
- Fluent in English (mandatory)
Knowledge and skills
- Strong business acumen with data-driven mindset
- Ability to analyze sales performance and translate into actionable plans
- Proactive, result-driven, and able to work under pressure
- Strong leadership and team management capability
- Good understanding of consumer behavior and retail trends
- Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Ability to plan, execute, and monitor business performance effectively
