Senior Quality Control (QC)

We are looking for a Senior Quality Control (QC) professional to ensure the quality and reliability of our Online Travel Agency (OTA) product through automated and manual testing.

• Responsible for defining, implementing, and maintaining quality standards, test strategies, and processes to improve product performance and user experience.
• Work closely with the Product, Development, and DevOps teams to identify and resolve defects, ensuring product stability and compliance with industry best practices.
• Ensure high-quality product delivery by conducting rigorous testing, bug tracking, and risk assessment.
• Proactively enhance testing frameworks, tools, and methodologies to improve efficiency and coverage.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to refine requirements, detect potential risks, and drive quality improvements across the software development lifecycle (SDLC).

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Experience with Agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban.
• Minimum 3+ years of experience in software testing and quality assurance in an Agile environment.
• Strong background in functional, regression, integration, performance, and security testing.
• Expertise in manual and automation testing, with proficiency in tools such as Selenium, Cypress, JMeter, Postman, Appium.
• Experience working with API testing and database validation (SQL, NoSQL).
• Knowledge of scripting languages such as Python, JavaScript is a plus.
• Understanding of OTA platforms, booking engines, and payment gateway testing is preferred.
