1. Demand Forecasting & Planning
• OTB planning by Brand/ Channel/ Season/ Year to ensure the buying
quality across all store types.
• Collaborate with the design team to identify the required product styles
for the upcoming season based on historical performance data and future
fashion trends.
• To plan alignment to product marketing calendar. Partner with marketing
and visual merchandising to communicate direction for monthly new
launch.
• Develop an assortment plan for all stores to ensure each location is
stocked with the most appropriate and comprehensive product selection.
2. Inventory & Supply Management
• Visit and analyze stores to improve investment and flow strategies based
on inventory levels, stock capacity, visual layout and other key
components analysis and preparation of competitive market trend
information.
• Develop an allocation plan to ensure all stores are stocked appropriately
to achieve set revenue targets.
• Review stores assortment according to store sales.
• Provide Inventory Management by Sales Channel analysis.
• Monitor deliveries & past due shipments.
• Inspect and monitor defective products, ensuring timely identification,
tracking, and resolution.
• Analysis and preparation of inventory reports weekly/ monthly / season.
3. Sales & Operations Support
• Update sales data and provide analytical reports for re-buy needs, stock
transfers.
• Review weekly sales at style level and collaborate with the Sale team for
promotions, MD, price changes.
• Monitor sales from online channels and work with the Sales team to
maximize revenue across all platforms.
4. Market Insights & Reporting
• Track market trends, fashion insights, and consumer behavior.
• Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure product availability across
sales channels as planned.
• Own a Bachelor’s degree: Business Administration, Foreign Trade and Commerce, Marketing, Supply Chain Management,...
• At least 3 years of experience in working as a merchandiser/buyer in fashion/retails
• Good understanding of retail business, product knowledge and understanding of brand positioning.
• Strong fashion sense with strong analytical, numerical together with commercial awareness, ability to plan and prioritize.
• Good in English skill.
• Good communication and interpersonal skill set and international business mindset.
• Strong on Data Analysis and Management. Excel is a must.
