Senior or Assistant Import Export - Manufacturing Industry - Trảng Bom, Đồng Nai

• Company: We are 100% Korean-owned manufacturing company specializing in automotive electrical wires and cable assemblies.
• Location: Bau Xeo Industrial Park, Trang Bom, Dong Nai (không có xe đưa rước)
• Size of company: ~ 800 headcounts
• Working Hours: Monday – Saturday, 07:00 AM – 04:00 PM
• Report to: Korean Manager (Interpreter Support Provided)
• Salary: 20 – 28M gross / month

Job Responsibilities

< Senior Manager>

• Manage and supervise daily import/export and customs operations.
• Coordinate with Customs authorities, freight forwarders, shipping lines, and logistics providers.
• Review import/export documents and ensure compliance with customs regulations.
• Resolve customs clearance issues and minimize operational risks.
• Coordinate with HQ and internal departments regarding import/export activities.
• Lead, coach, and support team members to improve operational efficiency.

• Prepare and maintain import/export documentation.
• Support customs declaration and customs clearance processes.
• Coordinate with freight forwarders, carriers, and internal departments.
• Update ERP data and shipment records.
• Monitor delivery schedules and support customs compliance.
• Perform other duties assigned by the Assistant Manager.

Senior Level

• Minimum 8 years of experience in Import/Export, Customs or Logistics operations in manufacturing company
• At least 2 years of supervisory or team leader experience.
• Strong knowledge of Vietnamese Customs regulations and import/export procedures.
• Experience working with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle or equivalent is preferred.

Assistant Manager Level

• Minimum 2 - 3 years of experience in Import/Export, Customs or Logistics in manufacturing company
• Experience in customs documentation, shipping coordination and freight forwarding.
• ERP experience is preferred.

Skills

• Have English communication skills, including email, reports and meetings.
• Good knowledge of import/export and customs procedures.
• Korean language ability is a plus but not mandatory.
