Mô tả công việc
- Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with overall business objectives, including a social media strategy and management of the hotel's presence on various platforms (Facebook, Instagram, etc.).
- Manage and optimize paid and organic advertising campaigns across platforms like Google, Facebook, Instagram, and others based on budget allocation and performance metrics.
- Conduct keyword research and implement basic SEO best practices to improve the hotel website's ranking in search results, driving organic traffic, and maximize ROI.
- Manage and analyze website traffic data using tools like Google Analytics to identify trends and optimize website performance.
- Collaborate with the design team and content team to develop engaging and visually appealing content for all digital marketing channels.
- Contribute to developing a content marketing strategy that aligns with overall marketing goals and target audience, including planning and scheduling content publishing across various channels (website, social media) using a content calendar tool.
- Develop features for the hotel mobile app to enhance guest experience and drive direct bookings.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest digital marketing trends and technologies and implement them into campaigns.
- Collaborate with the Corporate Office on scheduling, guidelines, and reporting for digital marketing initiatives.
- Generate reports and track the performance of all digital marketing activities.
- Identify and partner with relevant influencers (e.g., luxury travel bloggers, local tastemakers) to amplify brand reach and engagement.
- Manage and analyze email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and drive conversions.
- Assist with other marketing initiatives as needed.

Qualification
- Diploma in Sales and Marketing or equivalent is preferred
Work Experience
- Experiences in similar role and capacity of luxury hotels/resorts
- Prior experiences in Public Relations Management is of advantage
Technical Skills
- Strong understanding of digital marketing platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and Instagram Ads.
- Experience with content marketing, SEO best practices, and marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful digital marketing campaigns.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
