Advise the CEO on labour law matters, internal policies, and employment disputes.
Manage all corporate secretarial duties, ensuring compliance with enterprise law, maintaining corporate records, and advising the Board on governance best practices.
Oversee and manage all corporate, production, distribution, and import/export licenses, ensuring timely applications, renewals, and compliance with all conditions.
Review and approve all marketing materials, advertising campaigns (digital and traditional), and brand communications to ensure compliance with strict alcohol advertising regulations.

Bachelor’s degree in law and related fields.
Language proficiency: fluent in English (Speaking/ Listening).
Minimum 5 years of relevant legal experience, preferably in the alcohol beverage industry or a related field (FMCG).
Strong understanding of contract law, corporate law, and regulatory compliance.
Experience in dealing with government agencies and regulatory bodies.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proactive and results-oriented approach.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
