Senior/Lead Fullstack Developer (Python/NodeJS)

DUTY AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Design, develop, and maintain web applications that enhance customer experiences and streamline internal processes.
  Utilize ReactJS for front-end development, creating user-friendly and responsive interfaces.
• Develop server-side applications using Node.js, ensuring high performance, scalability, and security.
• Work on the end-to-end development lifecycle, from ideation and design to testing, deployment, and maintenance.
• Proactively ask questions to clarify requirements and challenge existing solutions to improve and innovate workflow.
• Participate in code reviews, identify improvements, and maintain coding standards and best practices.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and technologies to incorporate best practices in software development.
  

• At least 6 years of experience with the position.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
• Strong proficiency in front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript.
• Proven experience as a Full-Stack Developer with expertise in Reactjs and Nodejs (from 4 years).
• Familiar with React and its ecosystem such as: nextjs, redux, redux-toolkit, type,...
• Familiar with application testing (unit testing, integration testing, e2e testing, BDD).
• Solid understanding of the full software development life cycle.
• Has a continuous learning and growth mindset. You should be excited to learn something new as part of your daily work.
• Knowledge of databases, including SQL and NoSQL solutions.
• Solid problem-solving skills, a collaborative mindset, and positive thinker.
• Strong English communication abilities.
• Must be independent engineer and can make your own decision when the time is needed.
