We’re building a self-sufficient, cross-functional engineering team to lead the migration of a major eCommerce platform from Magento to Commercetools. You’ll work alongside a Product Manager in a collaborative, DevOps-minded environment that emphasizes quality, speed, and ownership. We’re actively hiring talented Frontend Developers at all levels — from Junior (with 2 years of experience) to Middle, Senior, and Lead — to join our team.

In this role, you will:

You’ll help design, build, and maintain a headless commerce solution using Commercetools, Next.js, and Pimcore. The team embraces modern development practices with a focus on observability, automation, and continuous improvement.

• Key responsibilities include:
• Developing and maintaining backend and frontend features across microservices and headless components
• Ensuring code quality through automated testing and peer reviews (engineers test their own code)
• Applying DevOps best practices using GitHub Actions and Kubernetes for CI/CD and deployments
• Building and monitoring with OpenTelemetry and Grafana for observability
• Collaborating with teammates and a PM in a stream-aligned, autonomous setup
• Experimenting with AI developer tools such as Cursor, Claude, and Copilot, with a team-wide preference toward standardizing on Cursor

• Are excited to adopt AI developer tools to improve focus and speed

Nice to have:

• Have experience with tools like GitHub Actions, Kubernetes, OpenTelemetry, or Grafana
• Hold a Commercetools certification or are willing to complete training (required for senior engineers based in Vietnam before the project starts; training support will be provided)
