Senior Construction Supervisor (Interior, $850, ID21457)

Our client is a foreign-invested company, now looking for a Senior Construction Supervisor (Interior, $850, ID21457)

• Oversee the daily execution and deployment of fit-out projects and interior construction directly at the site.
• Ensure all site operations strictly adhere to technical specifications and design drawings, maintaining rigorous standards for safety, timelines, and quality control.
• Serve as the primary liaison aligning internal execution teams, external suppliers, and various subcontractors.
• Perform routine field evaluations and deliver detailed progress updates directly to the Project Manager.
• Implement and monitor compliance with on-site environmental health and safety regulations.
• Resolve immediate construction bottlenecks and make critical field decisions as issues arise.
• Represent the company at designated project site briefings and client alignment sessions.
• Lead verbal and written interactions with international stakeholders and overseas client representatives.
• Assist in verifying component pricing, evaluating material selection, and compiling draft quotations.

• Male, aged 36 or above
• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Construction, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in interior fit-out construction for commercial projects, including offices, retail stores, showrooms, restaurants, hotels, and other commercial spaces.
• Strong knowledge of interior materials, especially wood and paint, as well as construction and installation methods.
• Good command of English (both written and spoken).
