- Communicate with shippers and oversea agents to receive and protect booking in advance
- Check sailing schedule and availability with the carrier
- Request Booking with the carrier and receive Booking Confirmation from the Carrier
- Well knowledge of AMS / ACI / ISF filling for US/CA route
- Closely tracking shipment status of both LCL/FCL to assure customers are timely informed if any changes
- Confirm and check selling rates availability through Quote Assist or Sales person - Ensure the accuracy of Bills without error.
- File Manifest, send the AN to the customer, follow trucking and delivery cargo to the customers.
And then make D/N and send the Invoice to the customer
- Consulting/advising on customs documentation tasks when being asked, if any.
- Candidates are required to have 1-2 years of experience in sea logistics
- Basic English is required to be able to communicate and email with customers.
- Ability to work independently, dynamic, careful, proactive and withstand work pressure, sociable, enthusiastic, creative in work.
- Have a sense of responsibility in work, have the ability to work in a team.
