Chi Tiết Công Việc

Mô tả công việc:

  • Support the Sales team in drafting, reviewing, and tracking the progress of contracts with clients.
  • Coordinate with clients and relevant departments to carry out acceptance/handover procedures with clients, ensuring accuracy and timely completion.
  • Submit CVs to clients/partners based on recruitment requirements, and track status and feedback.
  • Update and manage client data, contracts, and candidate profiles on internal systems (CRM/Excel, etc.).
  • Track and follow up on deadlines related to contracts, acceptance, and payments.
  • Perform other administrative and support tasks as assigned by the manager.

Yêu cầu công việc:

  • Pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • English: Good communication.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Passion for technology, recruitment and sales.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
