As part of our business expansion into Vietnam, we are seeking a talented and motivated Sales & Service Engineer to be based in Ho Chi Minh City. The selected candidate will work independently in Vietnam and report directly to head office in Thailand.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new customers, focusing on industries such as food packaging, welding, and cutting
- Promote and sell gas mixers, gas analyzers, and gas safety devices
- Provide technical consultation and basic service support
- Prepare and follow up on quotations
- Coordinate with the engineering team and management in Thailand
- Attend an initial 1–2 weeks training program in Thailand (all expenses covered by InterSol)
Qualifications
- Male or Female, aged not over 35 years
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related fields
- 2–3 years of experience in sales of gas control equipment, gas analyzers, or gas safety devices
- Familiarity with industrial gases or existing contacts in industrial gas sectors (e.g. food packaging, welding) is a strong advantage
- Experience using CRM systems is a plus
- Good command of spoken and written English
- Excellent planning, reporting, problem-solving, and customer relationship skills
- Must own a motorcycle or car with a valid driving license
