Purpose:
The Sales Representative is responsible for developing and maintaining customer relationships while achieving individual sales targets. This role focuses on building strong connections with customers to drive sales growth and ensure customer satisfaction.
Main duties:
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers while actively seeking new business opportunities.
• Achieve sales targets in accordance with assigned business objectives. Performance will be assessed based on goal fulfillment and contribution to revenue growth.
• Plan and organize sales activities to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals.
• Introduce the company’s full range of products and services to potential customers, effectively demonstrating value to support conversion.
• Handle the complete sales cycle—engaging directly with customers from initial contact through to closing the transaction, including the decision to discontinue unqualified leads.
• Provide timely and accurate sales data, including customer portfolios, transaction history, and reports, to relevant departments for cross-functional support.
• Monitor and follow up on customer payments to reduce outstanding receivables and ensure timely collections.
• Update and maintain the monthly Sales Dashboard to support business performance reviews and strategic planning.
• Maintain and manage sales-related data including customer segmentation, sales territory coverage, distribution channels, and market insights.
• Evaluate and analyze customer performance and behavior, providing recommendations for business development and customer retention strategies.
• Track and monitor sales activities and trade programs to ensure effectiveness and alignment with business objectives.
Preferred Qualifications
• 2-3+ years of sales or other relevant experience
• University degrees: Economics, Commerce, Business Administration, etc.
• Good at Ms Office, prefer candidate have experience in data, consulting, analytics
• Good communication and presentation skills (English & Vietnamese language)
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Strong Sales skills, a high sense of responsibility, good team spirit, driven and target oriented.
• Can work independently or teamwork.
• Excellent interpersonal skills; communication and negotiation
