Sales & Marketing Supervisor (Mt Channel)

1. Drive the sales and achieve targets2. Supervise sales in Modern Trade channels3. Supervise and negotiate the trading terms with Modern Trade systems4. Create promotion program to increase sales volume and increase market coverage in the Modern Trade channel5. Analyze and evaluate the effectiveness of the promotion program with the Modern Trade channel6. Be responsible for setting up annual sales target, annual sales plan, annual marketing plan, and annual own-channel budget7. Monitor current market conditions and competitor information8. Accomplish marketing and sales objectives by planning, implementing trade promotion programs as well as evaluating the efficiency of those trade promotion programs9. Supervise communications with customers10. Other tasks under the assignments of the Sales & Marketing Manager

Age: From 26 years oldEducation:​ Bachelor’s Degree or higher level in Business Administration, Marketing or related fields.Experience: At least 5 years of experience in sales, trade marketing in FMCG or related industry and 2 years in supervisor position.Have experience in working with supermarkets, convenience storeExperience in Food & Beverages manufacturing industry is preferred.Soft skills:Good management skills such as leadership skill, people management skill, coaching skill, change management skills, planning skill, problem-solving skill, analytical skill, ETC.Good English skills.
