Title : Sales Manager (Corp)
Section : Sales department
Report to : Director of Sales
Main responsibilities:
- Primarily promote the hotel and hotels belonging to the chain in his/her area/region.
- Take responsible for booking individual and/or group business on an established base of the top producing key accounts and for managing / converting high potential key prospects.
Explanation of duties:
- Assist in drawing up the marketing plan annually with the Director of Sales (including section on Corporate Accounts).
- Keep a record on former, existing, potential clients and a profile of each of them.
- Visit former, existing and potential clients in view of entering into contracts with them, especially commercial accounts.
- Defines precisely guest requirements and ensures that the guest services offered corresponds effectively to their requests.
- Provides after-sales service and in particular to ensure all guests complaints are taken seriously and discussed with the respective departments if necessary.
- Solicit group, individual, banquet and other function business directly and jointly with other through the preparation and executive of action plans.
- Work with the concerned departments in identifying hotel activities to support and subsequent events and media exposure.
- Presents a summary of his/her visits to the Director of Sales on a weekly basis (Weekly Sales Report) prior and after the week is completed.
- Records the statistics of his/her sales accounts & submits production reports on his/her list of accounts on a monthly basis.

REQUIREMENTS:
- A bachelor's degree in business or a related field
- At least 5 years experience in similar fields at 5 stars Hotels / Resorts
- Sales mindset, excellence communication skill, positive attitude, problem solving ability
- Good command of spoken and written English with strong computer skills.
- Initiative, courteous, hard working and attentive to details.
- Can work under high pressure
