Sales Management

We are seeking an experienced and motivated professional to oversee and manage dairy operations in the Northern Viet Nam. The successful candidate will be responsible for establishing and leading a local team (targeting a team size of 3–4 employees), and ensuring efficient and effective management of operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a regional sales strategy aligned with company goals.

• Analyze regional market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify business opportunities and risks.

• Build and maintain long-term relationships with key client within the region.

• Identify and develop new market segments and distribution channels to support business expansion.

Experience

- Prior experience in the food industry within Hanoi is highly preferred.

- Candidates with prior experience in administrative or management roles will be given additional consideration.

Requirements

- Proficiency in Vietnamese is mandatory.

- Additional language skills—particularly in English and Korean—will be considered an advantage.

Compensation and Working Conditions

- Salary will be negotiated on an individual basis, based on experience and qualifications.

- The position is based in Hanoi and follows a standard five-day workweek
