Job Description
Resolve is seeking a dedicated Application Sales Executive to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong client relationships through regular engagement, serving as the primary point of contact for their needs.
As an Application Sales Executive, your key responsibilities will include prospecting, qualifying leads, presenting tailored solutions, negotiating terms, and closing sales. Your success in this role will depend on your ability to attract new business, close deals, and achieve targets within established timelines.
Key Responsibilities
• Implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets using specific solutions i.e. Google Workspace, Google Cloud, Data Analytics - Sisense, Looker.
• Conduct market research and identify new business opportunities related to technology and solutions promoted by the company.
• Conduct regular meetings and communication with clients to understand their evolving needs, address concerns, and provide timely support.
• Collaborate with internal teams, such as, marketing, and technical teams, to deliver tailored solutions and exceed client expectations.
• Prepare and deliver demos, presentations, proposals, and reports to effectively communicate account status, progress, and recommendations.
• Ensure the outstanding service fee from clients is collected as per the payment schedule.
• Monitor and report on sales performance metrics related to application usage.
• Analyze sales data and identify areas for improvement in application utilization.
• Mentor and train sales team members on effective application usage.
● Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, technology or a related field.
● 3 to 5 years proven experience in selling high-value products and services to Medium and Small Vietnamese Enterprises. Experience in selling software licenses and software services is preferred.
● Preferred candidates from Hanoi who are in their late 20s or early 30s with client relationship in Enterprise and/or SME
● Strong understanding of sales principles.
● Strong technical understanding of software applications and their role in sales processes.
● Strong negotiation and influencing skills to drive business opportunities and handle objections.
● Ability to analyze data and market trends to identify opportunities and develop strategic account plans.
● Excellent organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks and manage multiple client accounts.
● Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) software and other sales tools.
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with both technical and non-technical audiences. (both in English and Vietnamese).
Salary & Benefits
● Income from 8-12 millions for fixed salary + competitive commission
● Salaries will be competitive and compensated based on relevant years of experience. Salaries are in VND (Gross).
● Benefits (Social insurance, annual leave, bonuses etc.) will be in line with the Vietnamese labor laws.
