Duties & Responsibilities
• Participate in sales activities to achieve sales targets.
• Provide technical information and support to customers and agents.
• Follow up on market situation and introduce new products.
• Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales & profitability targets in Vietnam.
• Manage assigned product/application areas and expand market base with sales team and principals.
• Establish and develop new applications within allocated product groups.
• Improve working capital management to increase profitability.
• Conduct business in compliance with company procedures and propose process improvements.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and suppliers, identify new business opportunities.
• Work closely with team and managers to achieve group targets.
• Prepare budgets and forecasts (by supplier/customer/product).
• Submit timely reports: monthly sales, customer call reports, supplier reports, marketing plans, value pipeline report, and annual sales budget.
• Lead assigned projects, coach and motivate project team.
• Support other sales colleagues with technical knowledge and project development.
Must Have:
• Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Food Science, Business, or related fields)
• 3+ years’ experience in Business Development, Marketing, or Sales in food ingredients, cosmetics, healthcare.
• Good negotiation and account management skills
• Strong decision-making & problem-solving abilities
• Proficiency in English
Nice to Have:
• Experience in multinational companies or regional markets
• Technical background in food ingredients
• Familiarity with B2B sales and supplier management

Base salary: about 1,000 USD, with total income up to 1,500 – 2,500 USD (including monthly commission & performance bonus) 13th month salary & annual salary review
