• Utilized several strategies to find new consumers, including industry sources, online searches, and personal or team-generated leads. Representing the company's products and services to these clients, providing a quotation opportunity.
• Serve existing clients through phone, email, and in-person visits. Ensure that they are sufficiently supplied with flexible packaging, and that the organization is constantly updated on changes in their purchasing patterns.
• Conduct market research to uncover sales opportunities and assess client demands.
• Plan weekly activities and coordinate with Sales Manager.
• Provide Customer Service with art and quotation information for new and repeat printing jobs with changes
• Actively participate in training and information sessions.
