Mô tả công việc:

This role is responsible for developing new accounts in Vietnam and the assigned territory, with a primary focus on the Appliances, HVAC, and Lighting (AHL) sectors. The position involves selling the full suite of UL's products, systems, and services through proactive prospecting and direct sales to penetrate untapped markets. The role is weighted 70% toward new business development ("Hunter") and 30% toward account management ("Farmer").


This role will be based in Hanoi, Viet Nam.


Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute sales strategies to aggressively acquire new accounts and achieve revenue targets.

• Drive growth by selling services with a consultative, "hunter" approach, from prospecting and presentations to closing deals.

• Build and manage a robust sales pipeline, focusing on high-potential clients within the industrial sector.

• Generate new leads through market research, networking at industry events (e.g., ITAP, SWITCH), cold-calling, and referrals.

• Identify new market opportunities and client needs to expand business penetration.

• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure service offerings align with client requirements.

• Cultivate long-term client relationships to ensure high satisfaction and repeat business.


Yêu cầu công việc:

Qualification:

• Bachelor's degree with at least 3-5 years of relevant sales experience.

• Extensive expertise in specialty products/services within the assigned TIC portfolio and deep knowledge of the Viet Nam market.

• Proven track record of exceeding sales targets, preferably within the testing and certification industry.

• Experience in enhancing company branding, including organizing large-scale seminars.

• Self-motivated, fast learner and result driven personality.

• Able to speak Chinese Mandarin will be added advantage but not a must.
