About the Role
As a Sales Executive, you’ll be at the forefront of our business development efforts: connecting with clients, identifying new opportunities, and delivering tailored logistics solutions. You’ll work across industries, collaborate with international teams, and provide strategic support that helps our clients move their goods around the world.
What You’ll Do
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities via lead generation, networking, and customer referrals
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction, loyalty, and long-term partnerships
• Provide customized logistics solutions, including international freight rates, customs clearance, trucking, and more
• Work closely with operations and overseas teams to ensure smooth shipment execution
• Visit clients regularly to present solutions, negotiate deals, and drive growth
• Report on sales performance weekly and monthly, contributing to team strategy and development plans
• Collaborate in sales meetings and support company trade lanes and service offerings
About You
• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in sales of freight forwarding, logistics, or international trade
• Knowledge of global logistics and supply chain operations, especially across EU and US trade lanes is a big plus
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Confident, persuasive, and customer-focused
• Fluent in English (both written and spoken)
• A team player who thrives in a collaborative, performance-oriented environment
