Chi Tiết Công Việc

Mô tả công việc:

- Responsible for Sales, Marketing, and After-sales support for products assigned in the Plastic/Rubber/Automotive fields.

- Prepare quotations and negotiate within the agreed limits, prices, contracts, supply agreements, and payment terms, and make sure that customer behavior is correct regarding the settlement.

- Handle prompt commercial inquiries from the customer, including complaints, and be accountable for their completion even when other stakeholders are involved.

- Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective campaigns and marketing materials.

- Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and key performance indicators

- Submit regular reports detailing customer requirements, market insights, competitor actions, and sales forecasts.

Yêu cầu công việc:

WORKING EXPERIENCE

- At least 1-2 years of experience in technical sales, especially in Plastic/Rubber/Automotive Industry.


EDUCATION

- Bachelor's degree or higher in any Science or Engineering discipline, preferably Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Technology, Plastic/Materials Technology, Economics, or related major.


SKILLS

- Strong understanding of mechanical testing principles and technical specifications of measuring instruments.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with customers and internal stakeholders.

- Fluent in English, both spoken and written.

- Willingness to travel within the region as needed.

- Self-motivated, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.

- Proficient in MS Office (MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, etc.).
