Sales Coordinator

1. Sales

● Manage customer service, orders, deliveries, and quotations.

● Maintain customer data and handle contracts, product documents, and sales systems (MISA, Odoo).

● Support Sales Director and coordinate with other departments.

● Conduct sales analysis, reporting, and schedule tracking.

● Oversee departmental admin tasks (documents, catalogs, samples).

2. Logistics

● Coordinate POSM and product deployment for campaigns.

● Prepare delivery and warehouse KPI reports; drive improvements.

3. B2B Online Sales

● Manage platform content (products, images, stock).

● Handle orders, customer service, and on-site marketing.

● Support new customer onboarding.

● Report on B2B sales performance and KPIs.

● At least 02 years’ experience at the same position;

● Well-organized and responsible with an aptitude for problem-solving

● Admin experienced and well-organized skill

● Good in office skill & analysis

● Good team player and willing to support
