-Assist sales staff in managing relationships with existing clients and suppliers.
-Prepare and issue sales-related documentation such as quotations, orders, and invoices.
-Coordinate and track delivery schedules of trading goods and materials.
-Manage inventory records and coordinate with logistics partners.
-Communicate effectively with internal teams and external customers in English.
-Handle routine administrative duties within the sales department.
-Support the sales team in identifying potential new customer inquiries.
-Resolve basic delivery issues and customer inquiries in a timely manner.
-Gather market information on electronic components and chemicals as required.
-Other related tasks.
-Bachelor's degree
-At least 3 years of experience as a sales assistant
-English: Intermediate or higher
-No job hoppers who always change within 2 years
-Someone who can join an interview and this company immediately
