• As a Sales and Consulting Specialist, you will use employee survey insights, identify the strengths and weaknesses within client organizations and propose actionable strategies for improvement.

Essential:
● Bachelor's degree or higher.
● Japanese language proficiency (N1 level).
● 1-2 years of relevant professional experience.
● A proactive, goal-oriented mindset with a strong interest in business development.
Desirable:

● Experience working with Japanese companies or international exposure (e.g., studying abroad in Japan).
