Sales And Consulting Specialist (Japanese N1) _Dist 1

• Client Development: Build and maintain strong relationships with new clients through proactive outreach and strategic engagement.

• Organizational Consulting:

  • Conduct employee surveys to diagnose organizational issues.

  • Analyze strengths and weaknesses to propose tailored improvement strategies.

  • Support clients in executing and maintaining initiatives that drive change.

Required:

• Bachelor's degree or higher

• Japanese language proficiency (N1 level)

• 1–2 years of relevant work experience

• Strong interest in business development and a proactive, goal-driven mindset

Preferred:

• Proficiency in English or Chinese

• Experience working in or with Japanese companies

• Background in organizational or talent development

• Experience implementing or improving HR systems

• Prior consulting experience, especially related to organizational diagnostics
