Chi Tiết Công Việc

Mô tả công việc:

  • Support the Business Development/Sales team in daily operations.
  • Prepare proposals, quotations, and service contracts for clients.
  • Maintain and update client database and job orders (CRM/Excel).
  • Track sales pipeline and assist in weekly/monthly reports.
  • Coordinate with the Recruitment team to follow up hiring progress.
  • Arrange meetings and support client follow-ups (emails, documents).
  • Handle other administrative tasks related to sales activities.

Yêu cầu công việc:

  • Final-year students or fresh graduates in Business, Marketing, HR, or related fields.
  • Strong interest in B2B Sales / Headhunting / Recruitment.
  • Good Excel/Google Sheets skills is a plus.
  • Good communication and professional email writing skills.
  • Detail-oriented, responsible, and well-organized.
  • Proactive, fast learner, able to work in a fast-paced environment.
