PART I: DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Execute plans to maintain and expand market share by exploiting sales channels and customer resources to achieve sales targets
2. Suggest or implement all sale plan
3. Adhere to customer acquisition processes, sales processes and customer care processes, ensuring that the processes always operate according to the brand's standards.
4. Suggest or establish after-sales services for customers.
5. Resolve all issues related to the satisfaction of partners and customers related to sales policies, delivery and after-sales services.
6. Coordinate with the merchandise department / warehouse department to ensure the quality of goods.
7. Implement inventory work according to schedule (if any)
8. Perform professional reports.
PART II: KPI MEASUREMENT
1. Ensure that sales targets are met.
2. Ensure standards for customer area displays.
3. Ensure customer satisfaction.
4. Ensure the prevention of loss or damage to goods.
5. Build a professional working environment.
1. Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related fields.
2. Experience: At least 2-3 year of experience in selling furniture, equipment, and raw materials for furniture manufacturing.
3. Qualities:
- Good sales skills
- Love the furniture industry and furniture materials
- Honest, quick, enthusiastic.
- Quickly sensitive to market trends
- Have a customer service orientation
- Creative, systematic thinking, flexible, proactive
- Have a high sense of responsibility
- Understand and always comply with the professional ethics code.
4. Management skills:
- Organizational skills, work according to plan
- Problem solving and decision making
- Ensure that the budget is not exceeded of Sale Tools
5. Other factors:
- English communication
- Computer skills (Microsoft)
- Good presentation and communication skills
- Salary: 15-25 million VND/month
- Probation: 100% salary
- Social Insurance: Based on full salary
- Bao Viet Insurance (Gold Card)
- 15 annual leave days
- 13th-month salary + Company trip + Annual health check-up
