• Supervise the return handling process from 3PLs and platforms.
• Assign and follow up on bad stock claim tickets to ensure accurate and timely submission.
• Coordinate with Warehouse for physical return status and classification.
• Ensure all claims are supported with valid documentation (photos, receipts, etc.).
• Train and guide the team of executives/interns on return classification and platform rules.
• Track dispute resolution progress and escalate aging tickets when necessary.
• Collaborate closely with the Analyst for reporting and performance tracking.
• 2–4 years of experience in logistics or operations (reverse logistics a plus).
• Prior experience managing a small team or acting as a team coordinator.
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with e-commerce platforms or claim procedures is a plus.
• Hands-on, action-oriented mindset.
