Product/Commercial/Visual Management

Merchandise shop floor and new lines per company guidelines.
Meet/exceed daily and monthly budgets.
Analyze business data and adjust accordingly.
Plan commercial and visual activities (daily/weekly/seasonal).
Ensure RFID best practices and control product levels.

Team Management

Motivate the sales team to increase sales and business efficiency.
Meet/exceed sales targets.
Communicate daily with management on personnel and product.
Maintain standards throughout the day and at closing.

Customer Service

Offer high-level customer service and support action plans.
Address customer issues and refer to senior management when necessary.
Reinforce return policy and support product knowledge.

Health and Safety

Maintain good housekeeping and report incidents.
Ensure employee and customer safety through adherence to safe work practices.

Yêu cầu công việc

At least 1 year of experience in fashion retail chains (Big brands).
Or candidates with over 1 year of Product, Commercial & Visual Management experience, and English proficiency, in Food and Beverage or Hospitality chains.
Strong communication, problem-solving, and team management skills.
Passion for fashion.
