Mô tả công việc:

Our client is a foreign-invested manufacturing company, now looking for aRecruitment & Training cum HRBP Assistant Manager (ID18210, 1500USD):
Team Leadership & Management

  • Supervise and develop a team of 5 (3 recruiters, 2 training/HR support staff).
  • Provide coaching, feedback, and ensure team performance aligns with HR and factory objectives.

Recruitment & Employer Branding

  • Oversee mass recruitment for workers and targeted hiring for technical, supervisory, and managerial roles.
  • Develop workforce plans for factory expansion (F5, F6 projects).
  • Strengthen employer branding and build talent pipelines via schools, job fairs, referrals, and agencies.

Training & Employee Development

  • Manage onboarding and new hire orientation.
  • Coordinate technical and soft-skills training programs (safety, quality, sewing, QC, technician development, leadership).
  • Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) with line managers.
  • Track training effectiveness and ensure alignment with Competency Framework and HRBP global standards.

HRBP Global Support

  • Support implementation of the global Competency Framework.
  • Coordinate KPI setting, tracking, and performance reviews.
  • Facilitate year-end performance evaluation processes.
  • Adapt and apply global HR standards to local factory practices.

HR Operations & Compliance

  • Ensure compliance in contracts, personnel files, and HR documentation.
  • Provide HR reports and data analysis for management and audits.
  • Support CSR and compliance-related initiatives.

Yêu cầu công việc:

  • Male/Female, under 45 years old
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 5–7 years of HR experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory/lead role in manufacturing
  • Strong recruitment expertise (80% recruitment focus; 20% training & HRBP).
  • Experience in training coordination and HRBP tasks (KPI, competency framework, performance review).
  • Good command of English (all four skills) to liaise with foreign management.
