Take part in developing future sourcing through employment events, job fairs, career events, or partnership programs.
Build high-quality partnerships with recruitment service providers.
Compile and manage the data pool into a talent mapping system and recruitment process to ensure a high-quality candidate experience and take care of follow-up alongside managers, adapting recruitment processes in order to ensure recruitment effectiveness.
Determine and develop a relationship with the talent pools in the market base on the current and potential talents of the company
2. Data Analysis & Reports
Analyze, maintain records, and compile statistical reports concerning personnel related data such as hires, transfers, probation appraisals, turnover rate, budget management.
Support functional divisions and human resources departments of business units/ subsidiaries in personnel-related issues: recruitment, labor relations management, personnel transfers.

Proficient in the use of social media and job boards
Good at technical skill (Microsoft Office, Canva, AI), data analysis.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, or equivalent experience in related fields.
3-5 years of experience in internal recruitment/headhunting firms
Good communicator - listening, speaking, writing, presenting, and negotiating.
Ability to adapt to changing environment
