Promote and represent Focus Consulting’s recruitment services to clients and candidates
Collaborate with the Business Development team to understand client hiring needs
Source, screen, and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates
Build and maintain long-term relationships with candidates through calls, meetings, and follow-ups
Match candidates with suitable job opportunities and consult them throughout the process
Manage the full recruitment cycle: from receiving job briefs to offer stage and onboarding
Network and gather market insights to identify potential business opportunities
Support onboarding and mentoring of junior team members when required
Participate in internal projects and initiatives to improve team performance
Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields
At least 1 year of experience in recruitment; prior experience in a headhunting agency is a plus
Good command of English and proficiency in Microsoft Office
Ability to manage multiple clients or roles independently
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Strong business mindset with a goal-oriented and proactive attitude
