Recruiter/ Career Advisor (5 Headcounts) [Dist 1 - HCM, Remote 2 - 4 - 8 Days/ Month]

• Search and identify potential candidates through various channels (LinkedIn, job boards, CV databases, referrals, etc.).

• Screen candidate profiles to ensure qualifications match job descriptions.

• Approach and engage passive candidates professionally and persuasively.

• Conduct initial phone/online interviews to assess interest, availability, and basic fit.

• Maintain and update candidate data in internal tracking systems

• Build and maintain a talent pool for frequently hired positions.

• Make Daily Sale reports and Weekly reports.
• Other tasks assigned from Line Manager.

- Good command of English
- Have at least 3 years as Headhunter/ Recruiter/ HR/ or Sales and interested in HR industry.
- Soft skill: Good communication, listening and interpersonal, strong decision making.
- Growth-oriented mindset with the ambition to grow into a managerial role in the near future.
