Main responsibilities:
Welcome and guide customers, partners, and visitors to the appropriate departments (Sales, Aftersales, CRM, F&I, etc.).
Maintain updated visitor logs, customer appointment schedules, and records of customer interactions.
Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence; support serving drinks and customer care in the showroom
Record customer information, assist in preparing feedback reports, and support administrative tasks
Assist in arranging vehicle transformations as required
Coordinate with Registration staff to ensure demo vehicle circulation registration fees are settled before deadlines
Ensure the reception and showroom entrance area is always clean and professional
Receive, record, and distribute internal and external mail/documents to relevant departments
Support showroom events and perform other duties assigned by Management
High school diploma or above; receptionist or customer service experience preferred (automotive or non-automotive).
Good communication skills with basic English ability (able to read and understand simple correspondence).
Professional appearance, friendly manner, and strong problem-solving skills.
Customer-oriented with basic complaint-handling skills.
Basic computer literacy (MS Office, email, data entry).
High service-mindedness, always greeting and assisting customers in a professional and welcoming manner
