In charge of Meal Solution Division (Ready-to-eat food category, such as Delicatessen, Bakery, Pizza, Sushi, ...), including Merchandise function & Product Development function.
1. Planning Management
- Monitor market fluctuations, and predict development trends in the coming years to give development direction to the Division in the next 3-5 years.
- Build monthly/quarterly/yearly plan of Meal Solution Category (including business plan, action plan, concept & product development plan, Manpower plan, ... ) to align with the company target.
- Analyze detailed data (revenue, profit, commission, price, etc.) and build a target for each sub-category (Delicatessen, Bakery, Pizza, Sushi) as well as Suppliers/partners.
- Manage, review and develop new and existing trading terms, policies, procedures, regulations, ...
2. Category Management
- Implement the approved plan as well as provide necessary guidelines for the Merchandise team & Store to ensure Meal Solution's KPI achievement.
- Review & approve product list; pricing strategy; Planogram; order ... for each Sub-category.
- Coordinate with related Div., Dept to build & approve promotion plan.
- Do necessary market research; sales data analysis; operation store check to evaluate the performance of each Sub-category; each store; and each plan/campaign, ... ; propose timely adjustments & assistance to optimize revenue and profit.
3. Suppliers/Partners Management
- Develop and update LOTTE Mart's supplier competency standards;
- Approve plans to find, develop, and cooperate with strategic and potential suppliers, for both indirect & direct suppliers;
- Approve commercial terms for each Supplier;
- Monitor the implementation, follow and evaluate Supplier performance, and propose timely adjustments to optimize revenue and profit.
4. Product development Management
- Review & approve the new product list; coordinate with related Div., Dept to organize the action plan regarding product development & launching the campaign.
- Review & approve the training plan regarding new product training for all Meal Solution to ensure consistency in product quality & standard.

Yêu cầu công việc
- Bachelor's Degree - Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, other related majors
- At least 10 years of working experience in the position of F&B Operation, Supermarket operation or R&D chef.
- Knowledge and understanding of the culinary market and the market of the ready-to-eat food industry in the supermarket chain business.
- Having worked in medium to large-sized companies, especially chain business model companies, supermarkets, food production factories,...;
- Experience in implementing and developing new ideas in the processed food industry;
- Sense of F&B market trend.
- Strong managing, supervising and communicating skills
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to work under high pressure
