- Ensure full compliance with Vietnam occupational safety and health (OSH) laws and manage regulation changes.
- Develop, implement, and continuously improve the company's OSH management systems and guidelines.
- Conduct risk assessments, identify hazards, and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Perform regular factory safety patrols, managing chemical, machinery, and electrical hazards.
- Investigate workplace accidents, analyze root causes, and establish preventive measures.
- Organize and conduct safety training sessions for new hires and regular employees.
- Manage emergency response teams, including first-aid and firefighting drill operations.
- Oversee and guide safety officers across production, QC, warehouse, maintenance, and HR departments.
- Report critical safety issues and audit results directly to the Vice President and President.
- Other related tasks.

- Bachelor's degree or higher in majoring below.

- Having well knowlege about the Article 36 of Decree No. 39/2016/NĐ-CP.
- Minimum manufacturing industry experience based on education level (Bachelor's degree: 1+ years / Associate degree: 3+ years / Vocational school: 5+ years).
- English proficiency at CEFR B2 level or higher (capable of attending meetings with foreign executives, writing English reports/emails, and understanding ISO documents).
- Strong communication, cross-functional coordination, problem-solving, and leadership skills with high ethical standards.
