Quality Control Supervisor (Chinese Speaking) (26871)

- IQC (Incoming Quality Control): Check raw materials, components and spare parts before putting the product in.
- IPQC (In-Process Quality Control): Early error detection, reduce defective products, ensure stable production process.
- PQC (Process Quality Control)
- FQC (Final Quality Control)
- Train, supervise, and provide performance feedback to quality control technicians and other staff, assigning tasks and ensuring they follow established quality processes.
- Investigate customer complaints and non-conformance issues, implementing corrective and preventive actions to resolve problems and prevent recurrence.
- Report to the line manager
- Factory production schedule confirmation.

- At least 4 years of experience in Quality Control
- At least 2 years of experience as a QC Supervisor
- Chinese listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills are sufficient to meet the demands of the workplace (HSK4)
- Candidates must have their own means of transportation
- Can go on business (they have suppliers in Vĩnh Cửu-Dong Nai, Thuận An-Bình Dương, Tân Thành-Bà Rịa - Vũng Tàu)
