Quality Control / Quality Assurance (Part Time Job, Flexible Working Time) – Garment Industry

Join our professional team as Quality Control/Quality Assurance, where you will play a key role in ensuring our products meet international quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Pre-production Meetings: Coordinate with factories to deliver QC guidelines, quality manuals, and PPS comments. Identify and address potential risks before bulk production.

• Quality Standard Monitoring: Ensure production aligns with customer requirements, BOM, tech packs, and trim/accessory specifications etc.…

• Inspection Execution:

o Conduct in-line inspections

o Conduct pre-final inspections

o Conduct final inspections

o Work directly with factories and report results to GM

• Factory Quality Management: Ensure factories comply with quality manuals, procedures, and relevant regulations etc..

• Customer Feedback & Claims: Handle customer complaints, quality claims, and feedback in collaboration with the QC/QA team.

• Team Leadership & Training: Provide guidance to Factory QC/QA team and conduct CFA training/certification where required.

• Reporting: Report directly to General Manager (GM).

• Perform other related tasks as assigned by GM.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Qualifications & Experience:

• Minimum 8–10 years of experience in a similar QC /QA role within a garment brand office or Garment agent office.

• Solid knowledge of quality control and quality assurance systems, technical GARMENT production. Experience in working at Brand/Buying office is a plus.
