Olam Food Ingredients (ofi) is a global leader offering naturally good food & beverage ingredients and solutions. ofi commenced operations in Vietnam in 1997, setting up its representative office. ofi Vietnam is currently the largest exporter of Cashews, Pepper & Instant Coffee in Vietnam, investing in the state-of-the-art instant coffee facility and running 7 large factories with 7,500 employees across Central & South Vietnam. Overview of the position
To be responsible for the Long Binh QFS (tropical spices) in ofi Spice Vietnam.
To be responsible for all QFS activities (tropical spices) in connection/collaboration with the relevant department within ofi.
Responsibilities
Ensure that all QFS activities comply with Safety /Health Safety Environmental policies and company regulations.
Implement/maintain and enhance the QFS system, including QFS assurance of Raw/packaging material, Processing, and Finished Goods. Provide the direction of enhancing the QFS system to fulfill new updates/changes in the business.
Participate in the QFS (region / global) programs per requirements.
Internal/ external QFS audit - reporting
Customer complaint handling
Manage/train the QFS team including on-the-job training and QFS training (current and new team members)
Manage the in-house laboratories at processing area.

Qualifications and experiences
University graduate (or higher) is needed: Micro/ Chemistry - Food Technology is preferred.
Get used to GSFI requirements and practical implementation of GSFI (HACCP, BRC, ISO 22000, Halal, RA, Organic etc.).
At least 7 years (or more) experience in food quality assurance/ Food/ Experience in agricultural products is preferable.
Excellence in English (4 skills) is required.
