Qc Supervisor - Mechanical Industry

The QC Supervisor is responsible for the performance of the Quality Management System and ensuring the quality control of products delivered to customers. Furthermore, the QC Supervisor must drive continuous improvement projects and maintain control processes in accordance with customer requirements.

- Monitor incoming material inspection programs and daily product quality and communicate results to relevant departments

- Ensure the maintenance and continuous improvement of the Quality Management System on the production line

- Guarantee that final inspection and packaging meet customer quality requirements

- Notify internal departments about non-conforming products, coordinate replacement schedules, and calculate replacement costs

- Manage problem-solving processes related to quality issues, including Internal Corrective Action Requests and Corrective Action Requests with internally departments and customers

- Supervise and evaluate performance of QC staff

- Plan and organize training courses for employees on product quality and relevant regulations

- Perform other tasks assigned by the Quality Manager and report directly to the Quality Manager.

Other requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably with focus to mechanical engineering

- Minimum 3 years’ experience in quality control in manufacturing

- First leadership experience

- Good knowledge of ISO 9001 / IATF16949 and Lean-Management

- Excellent problem-solving skills

- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate with different department heads and customers

- Very good in English (written and spoken)

- Very good skills in MS Office
