QC Manager (Nhon Trach, Dong Nai)

1. Ensure compliance with national and international standards during the manufacturing/production process; establish quality standards for worker safety during production.
2. Inspect, monitor, and supervise compliance with quality control procedures and standards, from raw material selection and production to final product completion. Ensure that products meet the highest quality standards before reaching customers.
3. Quickly grasp the technical characteristics of raw materials, the production process, and the final product (lighting equipment). Develop quality inspection procedures tailored to the characteristics of each manufactured product to check, compare, evaluate, and identify specific strengths and weaknesses. Implement appropriate corrective actions and process improvements to enhance product quality.
4. Develop plans, manage processes, and coordinate with relevant departments to ensure product quality and meet production schedule requirements.
5. Receive, manage, and resolve inquiries regarding product quality, as well as customer complaints related to product quality.
6. Lead, manage, and supervise teams and workers under direct responsibility. Oversee employees to ensure they perform their assigned tasks and comply with quality standards. Provide regular training for staff involved in product quality assurance.
7. Advise the Board of Directors on quality control, improvement, and product quality enhancement.
8. Report as required by the Board of Directors.

Work Location: Innovative Lighting Co., Ltd (Võ Văn Tần Street, Hiệp Phước Town, Nhơn Trạch, Đồng Nai)

1. Education: Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Engineer Major

2. Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Quality Management Department Head in a manufacturing company.

3. Proficient in statistical and quality analysis tools, including Six Sigma, Statistical Process Control (SPC), software applications, statistical methods, process control, and Failure Modes and Effects Analysis (FMEA).

4. Expert in quality management Systems such as ISO 9001

5. Knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry-related standards.

6. Strong knowledge of data analysis, mathematics, and statistical techniques.

7. Excellent command of English: English 4 skills

8. Skills:

• Proficient in using ERP sofware
• Excellent communication, problem Solving, time management and leadership skills
