Mô tả công việc:
Maitain a Quality Assurance plan.
- Manage and complete Quality Claims from customers and follow up on Corrective and Preventive action
- Training QC monthly, do the examination for QC
- Maintain the calibration validation of measurement equipment and tools for accurate measurements
- Manage all necessary documents, quality records
- Create and revise the SOP
- Field quality monitoring. Prepare daily reports for superiors
- Root cause analysis for noncomforming products
- Prepare reports to respond to customer complaint
- Coordinate the implementation of internal audit work, and other related works
- Understand the quality management system ISO 9001
- Job details will be discussed directly in the interview

Working experience in QA field
- Can communicate by English
- Good at excel, teams, PP
