QA Engineer (Electronic Manufacturing, Bac Ninh)

• Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for electronic manufacturing products.

• Identify, document, and track defects and issues in the production process.

• Collaborate with engineering and production teams to ensure compliance with quality standards.

• Conduct root cause analysis for quality issues and recommend corrective actions.

• Perform routine audits and inspections to ensure product quality throughout the manufacturing cycle.

• Participate in the design and implementation of quality assurance processes and methodologies.

• Stay updated on industry standards and best practices in quality assurance.

• Assist in training team members on quality control procedures and standards.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in quality assurance or quality control within an electronic manufacturing environment.

• Good English or Chinese

• Proficient in QA methodologies, tools, and processes.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Knowledge of ISO standards and quality management systems is preferred.

• Excellent communication skills in both Vietnamese and English.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
